Requirements: -Support the company’s New warehouse project outsourced manpower operations. Lead the attendance team to handle attendance exception management for a workforce of up to 2,500 outsourced employees. Responsible for daily attendance reconciliation, overtime checking, and cost accrual calculation. Skills: Proven experience in large-scale manpower attendance management, preferably in a logistics or warehousing environment. Strong data handling and Excel skills; experience with attendance systems and payroll interfaces is a plus. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to lead a team and work under pressure. Work Location : - The selected Candidate need to work in Warehouse.
