We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR professional who goes beyond traditional recruitment. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping our internal culture, driving talent strategy, and supporting our aggressive growth plans. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute recruitment strategies to build a team of high-performing real estate agents and support staffDevelop and implement HR policies aligned with our growth visionConduct interviews, manage onboarding, and oversee performance evaluation systemsWork closely with the CEO and management team to align HR strategies with business objectivesFoster a performance-driven and collaborative cultureSupport commission-based compensation structures and design incentive programsEnsure legal and regulatory compliance across all HR operationsQualificationsProven experience in Human Resources, preferably in a fast-paced or sales-driven environmentStrong talent acquisition and team-building skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to align HR with long-term business goalsFamiliarity with commission-based compensation models is a strong plusExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsStrong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practicesExperience in real estate, property management, or high-growth startups is highly desirableFluent in English; other language skills (e.
