This is a fantastic opportunity to grow, contribute, and bring your HR expertise to a fast-paced and innovative environment.Main responsabilities 💼 Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy of the company.Provide appropriate guidance to management and employees, ensuring that company policies and programs are followed.Ensure programs and policies are in line with company goals and culture, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.Provide guidance and assistance related to the placement of local and expatriate staff in foreign locations.Supervise, develop, and coach department personnel.On charge of the implementation of the managment of Health and Safety at Work programs (training, documentations, internal inspections) in accordance with current local legislation. Responsible for managing the homologation approval process with different clients as well.Responsible for communication to government authorities (MTPE, Sunafil).Responsible for communication with internal and external auditors.Design and development of recreational activities for the integration of the staff. Staffing (recruitment, selection, strategic planning to attract new candidates, preparation of profile, job ad publishing, coordination of interviews) for key positions into the organization.Montly Payroll making.Registration of payroll information in PDT System. Presentation and Payment of AFP. Preparation and Coordination with the SCTR and Life Insurance management for local and foreign teams every month.Assistance and support to any task assigned by the general managment.✨ Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2. Postgraduate studies in the field of Human Resources (Diploma, Master's Degree) 3. Very good knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation, with special attention to Legislative Decree 728 and regulation DL 689 to hire foreign personnel.4. At least 3-4 years of experience in the same or a related position working with transnational companies. 5. Active network of contacts in the telecommunications industry. 6. Strong service orientation, with strategic and decisive thinking. 7. Advanced level of English.
