You will be grouped together in teams and be given projects to complete. You are expected to take ownership and be self-driving. We will have standing meetings to follow up on progress and give guidance. These are a few focus areas you will be working on:Develop new AI subagents or tools for agentsBuild observability tools for monitoring and analyzing overall system statusWork on frontend and UX projectsDevelop and maintain CI/CD and QA pipelinesResearch and test new promising techniquesIt is almost mandatory that you either speak Swedish or live in Stockholm but we recognize that if you wow us, we are going to be a bit flexible.---Expectations:Can start within a few weeksNeeds to work at least 20h a weekPositive mentalityNo egoYou either have some work experience or you have a portfolio of cool projects you have show usCoding tests will be conducted.
