Accountant Team Lead

Accountant Team Leader – International Manufacturing CompanyWe are looking for a new colleague for our client, a globally recognized leader in their industry. With a strong international presence in many countries and a workforce of approximately 15,000 employees globally. Your key duties will include: Managing and coordinating the daily operations of the accounting team. Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, preparing financial statements, and ensuring their quality control. Preparing tax returns and financial reports while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Developing budgets and financial plans, monitoring costs and revenues. Continuously improving financial systems and internal control processes.

Supporting the professional development of the accounting team through training and mentoring. Liaising with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial experts. Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures in accounting processes. Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. 5+ years of professional experience in accounting. People management experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and taxation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability. Good command of English; French or German language skills are an advantage. What Our Client Offers:
