Job Description

DescriptionThe RoleThis is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a large portfolio and lead the growth of key B2B customer accounts across Industrial, QSR, and Retail channels. You’ll operate in a fast paced, technical, and manufacturing based environment, collaborating across procurement, finance, site leads, customer service, warehousing, and technical teams to deliver results. If you’re a commercially minded, data driven professional with a growth mindset, this role will offer you the chance to make a impact within a well-established business that still retains a close knit, family owned culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of Industrial, QSR, and Retail customer accounts. Collaborate cross functionally with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, customer service, and NPD. Drive strategic growth through data led decision-making, forecasting, and competitor analysis. Operate effectively within a technical, production-based environment. Accountable for a large portfolio and ongoing business development initiatives. Key RequirementsProven experience managing large scale B2B portfolios. Strong commercial acumen, hands on, humble, and collaborative approach. Comfortable navigating and interpreting complex data sets to drive decisions (e. g. SAP, Salesforce, Tableau).
