Position: Finance & Admin Assistant ManagerLocation: Seoul, South KoreaReporting to: Korea Commercial LeadThe Finance & Admin Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure the continued financial health and growth of the company. The incumbent will provide insights, and strategic support to key business initiatives and decision-making processes, partnering closely with cross-functional teams. The role reports to the Korea Commercial Lead. FP&AFinancial Planning & Budgeting Prepare and analyze annual/quarterly budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor projected revenue, expenses, and profit margins. Financial Performance Analysis Conduct analysis on revenue, costs, and key financial metrics.
Provide variance analysis and identify root causes of deviations. Financial Reporting & Data Management Prepare periodic financial reports for APACUtilize ERP systems Credit controlMonitoring Account ReceivablePrepare external AuditReport Taxation – Company Income TaxAdmin & IT Office Management & Support Manage office supplies and facilities. Prepare internal documents and organize data. Document & Record Management Organize contracts, reports, and corporate documents. Manage approval workflows and documentation. General Administrative Duties Oversee expense tracking and budget reports. Support company events and team activities. IT Infrastructure & System AdministrationManage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, PCMonitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Manage IT assets, including procurement, licensing, and inventory tracking. Cybersecurity & Data ProtectionFollow up APAC IT policyIT Support & Helpdesk ServicesForward to APAC IT ticketing systems to track and resolve technical problems efficientlySet up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access control. Assist with onboarding IT setup for new employeesCANDIDATE PROFILEEducational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience5+ years of experience in commercial finance, financial analysis, or a related role, with experience in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment (preferred). Strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prior experience in financial reporting and working with senior management teams to drive strategic decision-making. Technical SkillsProficiency with financial management software and ERP systems (e. g. , SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel). Advanced knowledge of financial analysis tools, reporting software, and business intelligence platforms. Familiarity with GAAP, internal controls, and financial regulations. Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
