A local Tier 2 commercial construction main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to work in their new build division. Due to their current Senior Estimator relocating overseas, a position has opened up for an experienced Senior Estimator. There projects range from new schools, apartment blocks, retail and warehouses. Your background: You will need to have at least 5 years' experience as a Senior Estimator with reputable commercial construction main contractors in NZ. You will also pride yourself on having a good relationship with subontracors and thrive on building relationships with all key partners.
A great platform and support will be given to the new employee to hit the ground running, including a 4-week handover from the previous Senior Estimator.
