New York - Capital Markets AssociateHunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney with at least 1 to 3 years (class of 2022 - class of 2024) of experience to join the Capital Markets team in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. Candidates should have experience in sophisticated corporate transactions in structured finance or securitization. Capital Markets experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and exceptional analytical and writing skills. New York Bar membership is required.
