Chief Transformation Officer

Chief Transformation Officer (Exco Member)We are recruiting for a Chief Transformation Officer to join the Executive Committee of a fast-growing French scale-up. The company is part of a larger, multi-million euro group (>€500m). Reporting directly to the CEO, this strategic role is responsible for leading the company’s transformation by: Redefining the operating model and governance. Integrating AI into the core business strategy. Building transversal synergies across all divisions. People management of a small team below 10 people. We are seeking a very senior candidate with a strong customer-focused mindset, and significant experience within a SaaS company.

Being both strategic and ULTRA hands on will be key, making transversal divisions work together to transformHaving worked in a full SaaS company over the past 10 years is mandatory. A prior CxO role is required too. The ideal candidate is both highly strategic and hands-on, with proven experience interacting at the board level. The role is based in Montpellier, requiring 2-3 days of mandatory in-office presence per week. This is a demanding role with a clear path for a potential promotion to the #2 position within 2-3 years. This is a demanding role, lots to be built.
