Primary title: Full Stack Developer (best-performing standardized title)Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end using modern JS/TS stacks (React, Node. js). Implement robust RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints and integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases to support product features and analytics.
Own feature delivery from specification to production: write tests, perform code reviews, and ensure CI/CD pipelines reliably deploy releases. Collaborate with product owners, designers and QA in Agile sprints to translate business requirements into performant, secure solutions. Instrument applications with logging, monitoring and observability to proactively detect and resolve production issues. Drive engineering best practices—refactoring, documentation, and performance optimisation—to improve code quality and time-to-market. Skills & QualificationsMust-Have3+ years professional experience building full-stack web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript with React (or similar) and Node. js.
Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL and working with relational (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) stores. Hands-on with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerisation (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiar with unit/integration testing (Jest, Mocha) and Git-centric workflows, including pull requests and code reviews. PreferredExperience with TypeScript in production, serverless architectures or Kubernetes, and performance tuning of front-end apps. Exposure to observability tooling (Prometheus/Datadog), GraphQL tooling (Apollo), or workplace experience supporting ANZ customers/markets.
