About the RoleAs our next Team Lead, Customer Support, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our support function across all Hutly products – including ADL Forms, VicForms, Bondable, and Property Data Online. You’ll lead a small but mighty support team, allocate and prioritise work, and keep the engine running smoothly.
You’ll also stay close to the action – resolving complex queries, managing escalations, and continuously improving how we support our customers. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends coaching, ops, and customer care.
