This is an excellent contract opportunity to work on a high-profile build with a leading client in the power and energy sector.📍 Location: Mons, Belgium 📅 Start Date: ASAP 💼 Contract: Freelance / LTD / B2B 💰 Competitive Day Rate (EUR)Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day site activities for HV substation construction.Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time, and quality delivery.Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and HSE teams.Ensure works are completed in line with project specifications and grid standards.Maintain strong site reporting, progress tracking, and issue resolution.Act as the key interface between client, contractor, and operational teams.Requirements:Proven experience as an HV Site Manager on substation or grid connection projects.Strong knowledge of HV systems (132 kV and above).Experience managing multi-disciplinary site teams.Good understanding of international HSE standards and site compliance in the EU.English required; French or Dutch advantageous.Eligible to work in Belgium (EU work rights or ability to operate via compliant B2B structure).Why Apply:✅ Major infrastructure project ✅ Excellent day rate ✅ Long-term contract potential ✅ Well-supported project environment
