We treat all applications equitably to promote inclusion and diversity within our teams.The missionsTo support the group's growth, we are looking to strengthen our team of Project Engineer HVAC consultants.Becoming a consultant at NEO2 means:Being an active participant in your career with multiple opportunities for advancement (role, sector, region).Working on projects with an environmental dimension (30% of our projects contribute to making the industry more sustainable).Having strong managerial support.Joining our teams as a Project Engineer HVAC, you will undertake your first mission with one of our clients among the following industries: pharma, oil and gas, food and beverages, chemicals,…Attached to a team, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects within the utilities sector, ensuring they meet the required standards of quality, cost, and time.In this position, you will be involved in the following tasks:Project management: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of utility projects, including the study and definition of the installations, the coordination of construction phases, equipment qualification, and commissioning, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.Technical support: Provide technical expertise and support during all project phases, including feasibility studies, design reviews, and troubleshooting.Compliance and safety: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.Stakeholder coordination: Interact with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.Documentation and reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, prepare detailed progress reports, and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.Your profileYou have an engineering Degree (master level).You have minimum 5 years experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining HVAC systems in industrial environments, specifically within pharmaceutical, oil and gas, food and beverages, and chemical sectors.You possess knowledge of industry standards and norms such as ISO, and local regulatory requirements for HVAC and utility systems.You are proficient in handling and optimizing subsystems (e.g., chillers, boilers, air handling units (AHUs), cleanroom environments,...).You have expertise in energy management and efficiency practices for HVAC systems.You have a solid understanding of process cooling, ventilation, and environmental control solutions for industrial applications, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and system optimization.You are fluent in English and in French.
