Job Description

Job DescriptionSupervise all HVAC maintenance activities and oversee daily operations.Assign tasks to HVAC technicians and monitor work quality and performance.Ensure completion of preventive and corrective maintenance for all HVAC systems.Conduct inspections on chillers, package units, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.Diagnose system faults, guide technicians, and ensure timely troubleshooting.Monitor HVAC system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.Ensure compliance with safety standards, mechanical codes, and manufacturer guidelines.Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for specialized works or material needs.Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and reporting documentation.Respond to emergency breakdowns and support continuous system reliability.
