HVAC Technician Grade 1/2 & Operations Admin & Customer Relations Officer

Atmosferik Controls Ltd is looking for proactive and trustworthy candidates for the following positions:1.Operations Admin & Customer Relations Officer to handle daily administrative tasks and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate should be organised, dependable, and able to work both independently and within a team.2.HVAC Technician Grade 1 3.HVAC Technician Grade 2 ResponsibilitiesOperations Admin & Customer Relations Officer• Manage operational files, reports, and documentation.• Coordinate job cards, customer calls, and technical interventions.• Liaise with customers regarding maintenance, repairs, and complaints.• Support procurement activities and assist in issuing POs and WH/OUT on Odoo.• Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act 2022. HVAC Technician Grade 1• Install, test, and commission split units, VRF systems, and chillers.• Perform preventive maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on HVAC systems.• Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate technical reports and quotations.• Complete intervention and survey reports and maintain detailed work records.• Supervise and guide junior technicians and apprentices on job sites.• Plan and coordinate daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.• Maintain high-quality standards in all installation, maintenance, and repair work.• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally.• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.• Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are well maintained and properly used.• Adhere to the Occupational Health & Safety Act 2022 and all related safety regulations.• Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and respect. HVAC Technician Grade 2• Install, test, and commission air conditioning systems.• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.• Complete service and maintenance reports accurately.• Support and guide apprentices when required.• Ensure all work is done safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on-site. QualificationsOperations Admin & Customer Relations Officer• Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service or administrative roles.• Excellent communication, organisation, and MS Office skills.• Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and professionalism. HVAC Technician Grade 1Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (basic electronics is an advantage).• Valid driving licence required.• Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and professionalism.HVAC Technician Grade 2• NTC Level 3 or equivalent in HVAC or a related field.• Minimum 3 years of experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance.• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.• Valid driving licence required.How to apply?Send your CV and cover letter to maubeeluck@atmosferikcontrols.com with the subject line “Application – Operations Admin & Customer Relations Officer” by 28th November 2025.Send your CV and cover letter to maubeeluck@atmosferikcontrols.com with the subject line “Application – HVAC Technician Grade 1” by 28th November 2025.Send your CV and cover letter to maubeeluck@atmosferikcontrols.com with the subject line “Application – HVAC Technician Grade 2” by 28th November 2025.
