We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with experience in Angular and JavaServer Faces (JSF) to join our team in the automotive domain. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of user-facing features for internal and customer-facing tools used in vehicle configuration, diagnostics, data visualization, or manufacturing support systems. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular and JSF. Collaborate with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software in a timely manner. Implement responsive and accessible design principles for various screen sizes and platforms.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical design discussions, and ensure best front-end practices. Support legacy JSF-based interfaces while contributing to the transition towards modern Angular solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Follow automotive industry standards for software quality, traceability, and documentation. Must-have: Solid hands-on experience with Angular (version 10+) and TypeScript. Practical experience with JavaServer Faces (JSF) and JSF component libraries (e. g. , PrimeFaces, RichFaces). Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services. Experience with version control systems (e. g. , Git) and build tools (e.
g. , Maven, npm). Good understanding of component-based architecture and modular code design. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. Nice-to-have: Experience in the automotive or manufacturing domain. Familiarity with Java EE/Jakarta EE backends. Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (e. g. , Jasmine, Karma, Selenium). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies. German language skills or experience working in multi-national teams (if relevant to your region/client).
