ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional mannerProcess guests check-ins and check-outs efficiently and ensure accurate billingAssist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directionsHandle phone, email, and online bookings, ensuring accurate input into the systemCarry out all Reception duties as per the agreed standardsMake the necessary preparations to deal with arrival of customers with advance bookings and the check in procedures are completed correctlyEnsure all guest queries either in person or by telephone are answered in a prompt and professional manner and escalate to management if necessaryCommunicate and liaise with the Accommodation Manager/Supervisor in relation to rooms status, VIP's and allocationsHandle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accuratelyCoordinate with maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needsDeal with Lost Property as per hotel policyRequirementsPrevious experience as a Receptionist in a hotelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and work under pressureProficiency in OperaProfessional appearance and a positive attitudeFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
