RESPONSIBILITIESThe HR Performance Manager will build and lead the company-wide performance management framework, driving data-driven KPIs, OKRs, performance reviews, and people analytics across all departments.You will partner with department heads to define KPIs, build dashboards, run performance cycles, monitor productivity, identify gaps, and align performance with compensation and career progression.A. KPI & Performance Framework LeadershipDevelop, refine, and implement KPIs/OKRs for all departments:Technology (backend, frontend, QA, infra)Game Production Creative & Video EditorsMarketing & GrowthCustomer OpsFinance, Compliance, HREnsure KPIs reflect business goals such as growth, production deadlines, tech stability, and quality metrics.Create and maintain documentation, KPI templates, and performance SOPs.B. People Analytics & ReportingBuild dashboards (Excel, PowerBI, Looker Studio) for weekly and monthly tracking.Analyse productivity, team efficiency, attendance, utilisation, throughput, quality scores, delivery timelines, etc.Provide management with trends, insights, and recommendations.Forecast manpower needs based on game roadmap, number of titles, and studio load.C. Performance Review Cycles (Quarterly + Annual)Lead the performance review process from start to finish.Train managers on KPI-setting, scoring, and feedback delivery.Run calibration sessions to ensure fairness across teams.Identify high performers, low performers, and future leaders.Manage probation review processes across Singapore and Vietnam.D. Compensation, Incentives & RewardsWork with key stakeholders to align KPIs with bonuses, increments, and promotions.Design incentive schemes for:game production outputcreative/video teamsQA qualitypublishing performanceReview salary-to-productivity ratios to support fair compensation decisions.E. Employee Relations & Performance ImprovementSupport managers in handling performance challenges.Develop PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) frameworks.Guide managers on clear expectations and documentation.Ensure consistency and fairness in handling underperformance.F. Organisational Development & Workforce PlanningEvaluate team structures and recommend improvements.Identify capability gaps and propose training solutions.Support leadership in designing career ladders and progression paths.Work with management during restructuring, new team formation, or scaling phases.G. HR Operations IntegrationWork with HR Ops team to ensure alignment on policies, leave, attendance, and HRIS systems.Maintain clean people data across different countries.Improve performance-related HR procedures and documentation.3. REQUIREMENTMust-Have3–6+ years of experience in HR Analytics, HRBP, or Performance Management.Strong experience designing KPI/OKR frameworks.Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; strong analytical mindset.Experience working with tech or creative teams.Strong communication skills with ability to influence leaders.Good English.Nice-to-HavePowerBI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or basic SQL.Experience in gaming, software development, or digital production.Multi-country HR experience (VN + SG preferred).Experience with compensation design and incentive frameworks.Knowledge of PIP and performance-based HR policies.Traits We Look ForLogical and data-drivenHigh ownership and accountabilityStrong stakeholder engagementAbility to balance analytics with people sensitivityOrganised, structured, detail-orientedStrong business sensePassion for building a performance-first cultureComfortable challenging managers when needed4.
