[Hybrid] Quality Engineer (Automation)

Hybrid, HCMCWe’re seeking a Quality Engineer who’s passionate about applying their technical expertise to build and deliver industry-leading lending solutions for small and medium-sized businesses around the globe. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards through smart automation, early testing, and a quality-first mindset.KEY RESPONSIBLITIESDrive shift-left testing, emphasizing automation to test early and often.Develop and maintain automated test scripts throughout build and regression phases, integrating them seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline.Create and execute test plans and test cases, and deliver detailed test summary reports for features under your team’s scope.Collaborate with developers and analysts to review documentation, identify issues, and verify fixes.Define acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards.Promote a quality-first culture by mentoring and training developers to improve their testing skills.QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with 2+ years focused on automation for Web, Mobile, or API testing.- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including test levels, static and dynamic testing.- Proven experience managing and executing tests across multiple SDLC stages.- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as:Selenium WebDriver (Java)Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript)Mobile Automation Frameworks- Familiarity with tools and technologies like (not all are required):Programming: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript (or similar)Testing & Management: QTest, JIRA, ConfluenceAPI Testing: PostmanUI Testing: TestNG, Selenium, Cypress- Ability to work independently in an Agile, cross-functional environment.- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).Feel free to ping us for further discussion.
