Job Description: A Senior Training Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of employees within an organization.Responsibilities may include:Developing training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.Delivering training sessions, workshops, and seminars.Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.Leading the design and development of new training programs.Providing guidance and mentorship to junior training staff.Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.Managing training budgets and resources.Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Requirements And Company Policies.Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.Contributing to the overall development and implementation of the organization's training strategy.Experienced with training content development using the ADDIE Model. Minimum 5 years' experience creating eLearning content in Articulate Storyline and instructor led training materials including instructor guides, student guides, and assessments. Instructional Technology degree preferred.#IND123
