Hybrid Trade Engagement Specialist TN wa are looking for an" Hybrid Trade Engagement Specialist" for tunisia site : Key Responsibilities1.Physical Hypercare & Field Support § Conduct regular visits to tobacconists, providing personalized support in alignment with weekly planning and NPS objectives.§ Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical or operational issues to ensure a seamless DTE (Digital Trade Engagement) experience.§ Develop and implement coverage and activation strategies to boost data collection and expand reach through targeted tasking. 2.Digital Hypercare & Remote Engagement§ Deliver remote support via digital communication platforms (e.g., Twilio, chat) to drive improvements in key performance indicators.§ Monitor, analyze, and respond to support requests to continuously enhance service quality.§ Activate new tobacconists in line with defined KPIs, ensuring smooth onboarding and guidance throughout the activation process.§ Track and evaluate the performance of hyper care and prospecting activities, identifying areas for optimization.§ Generate regular reports on progress, results, and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications§ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.§ Strong organizational and planning capabilities.§ Proficiency in digital tools and support platforms, particularly DTE and Twilio.§ Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Tunisia for field visits.§ Comfortable working both remotely and from the office, with flexibility in adapting to hybrid work models.
