Job DescriptionTo be responsible for the medical welfare and emotional support of all hotel Associates and to ensure that appropriate medical policies and programs are in place for the entire hotel and updated regularly so that the business requirements are fulfilled and our vision is met.

To be fully aware of the department’s Standard Operating Procedures and the hotel’s and staff complex’s fire evacuation procedures and to adhere to them at all timesTo be fully aware of all hotel policies, procedures and government rules & regulations and to maintain good relations with the police and other local authorities at all timesTo interact and communicate with Associates, suppliers, etc.

in a courteous, friendly, open and honest manner at all timesTo be consistently well groomed & professional in appearance and to wear the appropriate uniform and name badge at all timesTo attend team/departmental meetings and hotel training programs as and when needed or instructedTo be innovative, suggesting new ideas and investigating new ways of doing things or new services for our employeesTo carry out shifts/tasks when required and to perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the ManagementTo take responsibility for monitoring the Associates medical insurance scheme in conjunction with our service providerTo ensure that all Associates receive their health cards as soon as possible after the start of their employment.
