Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Mini Bar Attendant to join our team at SLS The Red Sea.

As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by ensuring that in-room mini bars are well-stocked, meticulously maintained, and accurately billed.

Restock and replenish mini bars in guest rooms with beverages, snacks, and other itemsConduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of mini bar consumptionEnsure mini bar fridges are clean, organised, and in proper working conditionProcess guest charges accurately and efficientlyRespond promptly to guest requests for additional mini bar itemsCollaborate with housekeeping staff to coordinate mini bar servicing during room turnoversAdhere to hygiene standards and food safety regulationsReport any maintenance issues or discrepancies to the appropriate departmentAssist in tracking mini bar consumption trends to optimise inventory managementMaintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with guestsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality is preferredStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsBasic maths and computer skills for inventory management and billingPhysical ability to lift and carry supplies and walk for extended periodsExceptional communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of mini bar operations and refrigeration equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with food and beverage inventory management practicesUnderstanding of local health and safety regulationsBasic knowledge of guest privacy and security protocolsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysProficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is an advantageAdditional InformationWhat Awaits You.
