Job DescriptionHow does your working day look like …Perform returns and special transactions through the POS system, ensuring all special offers have been applied correctly before being charged to the guestKeep the “register station” stocked with all necessary itemsNotify management of all guests’ POS System issuesConsistently maintain a balanced cash drawerProcess all guests’ payments by cash, credit cards, debit cards and/or gift vouchersEnsuring each waiter closes up any open checks they might have before their daily report has been printed offFilling out all waiters’ envelopes at the end of each night, performing all calculations including but not limited to CC Total, Cash Total and Tips TotalProcessing end of service calculations, doing end of shift and end of day revenue calculationsPerform related duties as requested by the management teamReport to work as scheduler working various shifts including but not limited to weekends, holidays and/or night shiftsSupervise the Assistant CashierIn charge of the monthly payroll of the teamQualificationsYour personality counts more than your CV …Hotel related experience fieldAdmin knowledgeMicrosoft officeMinimum of 1 experience in Food & Beverage areaPre-opening or major refurbishment experience in a similar operationMiddle East experienceAdditional InformationWhat’s In It For You …Get to know all the other 25hours hotels and stay ten nights a year for free as an employee!Take advantage of being part of Ennismore and get generous discounts when visiting our bars and restaurants as well as booking hotel rooms all over the worldBenefit from great offers from our numerous cooperation partnersBe part of our hilarious staff parties and much more.
