Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional mannerPresent menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and beveragesTake accurate food and drink orders using our point-of-sale systemCommunicate orders to the kitchen staff and bar team efficientlyServe food and beverages in a timely and professional mannerEnsure tables are set up correctly and the dining area is clean and organizedProcess payments and handle cash and credit transactions accuratelyAnticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requestsCollaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service deliveryMaintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and any changes in offeringsAdhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standardsAssist in side work duties such as restocking supplies and cleaning assigned areasQualificationsMinimum of 1 year experience as a Waiter in a reputable hotel or restaurantStrong food and beverage product knowledgeExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentProven track record of working collaboratively within a teamOutstanding communication skills in English; additional languages are a plusPhysical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periodsBasic math skills for handling bills and payments accuratelyThorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standardsFlexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysDetail-oriented with a keen eye for maintaining a clean and organized dining areaCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceFood handling certification is preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous First name *This field is required.
