We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Comptroller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. ResponsibilitiesOversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow. Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation to ensure the integrity of financial data.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely resolution of any issues. Prepare budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance against targets. Support the Comptroller in various financial projects and initiatives. ExperienceBachelor's degree in accounting or finance (4-year degree required)Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, a plus but not requiredStrong knowledge of debits and credits, balance sheet reconciliation, and account reconciliation. Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Proficiency in using Sage Intacct or other accounting software is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
