All PPE gear is provided to industry standardsA supportive team that plans your service days and backs you in the fieldComprehensive training in pest protection products, safety, and proceduresClear career pathway with opportunities to earn industry certificates and licencesKey ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload the service vehicle effectively to complete daily assignments. Perform cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets according to job specifications and client policies. Provide and maintain hygiene products including toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, sanitisers, sanitary bins and air fresheners. Address hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments.

Complete service reports to document services performed. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times. Stay aware of client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards. RequirementsEligible to work full-time in New Zealand. Full NZ driver's licence with a clean driving record. Clean criminal record. Excellent customer service to build upon client relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Physically fit and able to adhere to health and safety standards. Able to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently. Willingness to drive long distances and stay away from home if required.

High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets. Confident using a mobile phone service app and devices. Experience or knowledge in cleaning and hygiene is a plus. Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment assessment, including medical, reference, and criminal background checks, meeting Rentokil Initial's satisfactory criteria.
