Digital Designer

Job title: Digital DesignerOffice location: Serbia with Hybrid working (3 days in the office)About The Role And The TeamAs a Digital designer you will be responsible for the creation and management of compelling digital designs, ensuring output is on brand, compliant, in line with desired sentiment, and effective in driving awareness, consideration and ultimately conversation. We are looking for someone who is able to considers the customers perspective, aiming to create designs that are creative and inspiring.

What will you be doing?Be the brand champion, building on our Brand Identity, producing a wide range of creative digital first assets for all channels, to support funnel activitiesDesign and produce engaging display and social ads, emails, web banners, Digital Out of Home and video content, following best practices by channelCollaborate with marketing teams to conceptualise and execute create campaigns including image sourcing, editing and refinementEnsuing all assets adhere to brand guidelinesAssist in development of visual content strategies to boost audience engagementWhat We Are Looking ForDegree level in graphic designs, visual arts, multimedia or related fieldProven experience as a digital content creation, preferably in a B2C business.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Solid understanding of digital design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding. A solid understanding of TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, Youtube and display ad formats and best practice around these. Experience in video production including editing, and post-production.
