This role requires a visionary leader who can drive growth, optimize operations, and enhance service delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to scale the business and expand market reach. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
Identify and establish partnerships with schools, institutions, and key stakeholders in the education sector. Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with long-term business goals. Manage budgets, resources, and operational KPIs. Requirements8+ years of experience in operations, business development, or leadership roles, preferably in education consulting, edtech, or related fields. Strong connections in the education industry (schools, universities, counselors, etc. ). Proven ability to scale businesses and drive expansion. Overseas education background is highly preferred.
Fluent in English (written & spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
