A fast-growing late-stage fintech platform is seeking a Country Manager to lead its Hong Kong operations. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll drive market and customer acquisition, scale operations, and execute the company’s regional strategy locally. In this role, you’ll increase market share, grow revenue, and ensure strong brand positioning in Hong Kong’s financial services ecosystem. You’ll oversee the end-to-end implementation of the local market initiatives, managing everything from strategic planning to execution while taking full ownership of P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
Leading high-performing teams, you’ll foster key relationships with financial institutions, regulators, and industry stakeholders to accelerate growth and establish a competitive edge. We’re looking for a proven business builder and leader with experience in startup tech or fintech, ideally within a company in a similar growth and optimization phase in a later series. You should have hands-on experience driving 1-to-10 growth, scaling businesses, and acquiring market share in local markets. Strong financial acumen, expertise in P&L management, and a strategic mindset are essential, along with the ability to balance high-level planning with detailed execution.
