Job Title: Risk Capital Program ManagerLocation: Remote opportunityDuration: Long-term contract About The RoleOur client is seeking a Transformation Program Manager with deep expertise in Commercial Risk and Risk Capital to support its flagship 3x3 initiative within the Value Realization Office (VRO). This is not a typical program manager role; it’s highly strategic, deeply integrated with both business and technology, and central to driving multi-year transformation across the commercial insurance broking value chain. Suppose you understand how to lead change from the ground up—crafting the business case, aligning stakeholders, and executing complex programs across global teams.
In that case, this role puts you at the center of the client's transformation journey. What You'll DoLead transformation programs that align with client's long-term business goals in Commercial Risk and Insurance Broking. Partner with business and IT leaders to shape and drive the strategy behind key operational and technology changes. Apply subject matter expertise in Commercial Risk (P&C, Specialty Lines, Risk Capital) to inform decision-making and program direction. Build strong business cases that clearly communicate why change is necessary—and how it drives value.
Engage and influence stakeholders across functions and geographies, aligning them around a common transformation roadmap. Deliver structured, executive-ready presentations and reports that communicate progress, blockers, and strategic shifts. Drive operational excellence through a deep understanding of the Pre-bind to Post-bind insurance lifecycle. Embed yourself in the programs—not just as a tracker of tasks, but as an owner of outcomes. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and shape future-state operating models.
What Success Looks LikeDelivering strategic transformation programs that improve how client delivers risk solutions across marketsDemonstrating strong command of financial models (CapEx, OpEx), operating models, and insurance-specific value chains. Influencing senior leadership with data-backed insights and crisp communication. Helping mature Value Realization Office as a driver of enterprise-wide change. Key Qualifications10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives in a corporate or consulting environment. Background in Commercial Insurance/Risk—ideally with a major broker or carrier. Deep understanding of the commercial insurance lifecycle: Risk Analytics, Broking, Placement, Policy Issuance, Servicing, Claims, and Cash Cycle.
Prior experience in management consulting strongly preferred. Familiarity with financial models and terminology (CapEx/OpEx). Strong PowerPoint skills—able to build compelling, executive-facing presentations. Proven stakeholder management across global teams. Master’s degree preferred, but not required.
