We have an opening for an experienced, results driven, bilingual and effective B2B channel and end user marketing manager for Eastern Europe, covering: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia and all of the European countries east and south east of these countries. Based at home and working with two sales directors and their teams, you will build on your experience of European marketing to energise and invigorate partners and to drive Eastern European brand campaigns into end users.

ResponsibilitiesCollaboratively design and deliver an Eastern European marketing strategy to drive revenue through the channel and awareness in end users to buy from channel partners. Work closely with regional sales teams and senior executives in distributors and resellers to co-create and deliver marketing activity in line with your marketing strategy. Create and execute effective regional integrated campaigns which engage end users and are leveraged by partners to drive revenue. Manage a marketing budget which enables regional marketing and MDF funding for partners. Delegate work to central design and digital marketing teams, and external agencies.

Organise a roadshow of events for partners (enablement and training) and end users (face-to-face time with partner’s sales teams) across Eastern Europe. Support the full spectrum of go-to-market activities for new product launches incorporating a broad mix of marketing channels and positioning. Communicating and building good working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Supporting the European Marketing Director in any other relevant activities. Person SpecificationExperienced marketing professional – Degree, MCIM or qualified to a similar level by experience. Excellent Polish and English written and verbal communication skills. Other Eastern European languages advantageous.

Strategy and campaign creation and execution experience. Digital marketing experience including automation (Hubspot ideally), programmatic, intent data, SEO, PPC and LinkedIn advertising. Content writing and creation experience across e-mail, landing pages, website product and content pages, PR and social media. Channel and end user campaign experience. Strong interpersonal skills to get results from internal marketing teams and external agencies, to engage partners senior executives, and to drive results with internal stakeholders such as Sales. Experience of the marketing tech stack and delivering at volume through the tech stack. Strong IT skills – intermediate/advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
