Job Description

Who we areWe are a team that plans and develops design and customer experience for brand space and employee space that hold Hyundai Motor Company's brand identity. ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to design/develop and manage the implementation/construction of brand and employee space interior.

■ Interior Design Development Establishing a holistic concept/direction that meets the project objectives Developing spatial design and supporting and selecting finishing materials, furniture, and equipment Collaborating with cross-functional teams and project agencies/partners regarding space development■ Interior Construction Management Reviewing construction drawings and supporting design details Managing project construction budget and schedule Inspecting project construction sites and managing quality■ Interior Design Guideline Development Developing internal/external design guidelines for each space Receiving regional feedback and updating guidelines regularly Supporting design-related work for domestic or regional spacesMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in related discipline (Interior/architecture/spatial design) Minimum 5 years of experience in interior, architecture, or spatial design Those who have a comprehensive understanding of spatial projects, from space planning and design documentation to selecting finishing materials and furniture, as well as site supervision Those who have an ability to effectively manage project schedules and budgets as an interior design PM Proficiency in business English (capable of communication with agencies and partners abroad) Those who have a strong strategic reporting and communication skills to support decision-makingPreferred Qualifications Those who have proficiency with design tools (AutoCAD, Adobe, SketchUp, Enscape)Others[Notes] In accordance with the employment protection laws, eligible candidates (disabled individuals, veterans, etc.
