Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、支持公司在研产品的工艺开发和产品放行检测所需的活性分析方法开发、确认及验证。 2、参与相关SOP、数据处理、实验记录以及相关方案和报告的撰写工作。 3、参与相关分析方法的转移工作，支持其他部门相关活性troubleshooting工作。 4、负责工艺开发、稳定性研究以及批放行等样品的日常的活性分析检测工作。 5、负责管理细胞库相关盘点、取用等工作。 6、负责维护相关分析部实验室日常管理工作。 7、完成领导交代的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、硕士学历，生物学相关专业。 2、1年以上生物医药领域相关工作经验。 3、熟练掌握细胞培养基本技术。 4、熟悉基于ELISA、FACS等技术平台的分析方法并能熟练使用上述仪器设备。 5、具有较好的团队合作精神、吃苦耐劳，能够认真负责的完成本职工作。 6、具有生物药的分析方法学验证和IND申报经验者优先。
