Job Description

Our client is a dynamic and innovative game development studio focused on creating high-quality online slot games for the global iGaming market. With a passion for cutting-edge visuals, engaging gameplay, and seamless player experiences, they’re expanding their team to scale delivery capabilities. With a global footprint, they operate across Sweden, Romania, and Asia. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company’s strategic goals and market opportunities. Lead the product management team in the planning, development, and execution of new products and enhancements to existing products.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the development of market-leading products that meet customer needs. Collaborate with other C-level executives to integrate product strategies with company-wide initiatives, including marketing, sales, and technology. Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights in product development. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring products achieve planned goals. Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product offerings. Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product team, monitoring performance to ensure targets are met.

Requirements10+ years in product development, with 3+ years proven experience as a CPO or in a similar senior product management role in the iGaming industry is a must. Proven experience in B2B iGaming, especially with online slot games (RNG, compliance, math models, etc. ). Demonstrated ability to lead a product team and drive product strategy in a competitive market. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and persuade stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in product management are highly advantageous.
