Interacts with customers and field team members. Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve design/system-related problemKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Project and Field Engineers in preparation of mobilization and execution of offshore installation campaignsResponsible to complete project installation on time with quality delivery to CustomerPrepare daily, weekly and monthly installation and manpower plan/Actual reportsCoordinate and manage Contractor for manpower and toolsPrepare procedures and close out comments of the projectsEnsure that work should be done in compliance with industrial safety standardsManage and resolve all project installation and operational issues with the team and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure completion of the projectsSupport in any ad-hoc project and tasks as required by the management or project teamRequirmentsDegree in Electrical Engineering5-7 years relevant experience in Installation & Maintenance work of electrical system.Ability to travel as and when required.Root-cause problem solving skills and a data-driven decision mindsetGood knowledge about electrical instruments and engineering principlesAbility to work under pressure and responsible to meet installation timeline.BenefitsWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.Make yourself a priority with flexible schedules, parental leaveDrive forward your career through professional development opportunitiesAchieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance ProgrammeOur commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
