With strong portfolio momentum and a promising pipeline, they’re looking for a Brand Manager who’s as comfortable rolling up their sleeves as they are leading strategy. You’ll not only own the brand strategy and execution for your portfolio, but also play a key role in strengthening HCP engagement through targeted, high-impact projects. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and awareness of the dermatology and ophthalmology portfolio, with a focus on delivering against commercial goals. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify key opportunities and challenges. Gather customer insights, monitor competitor activities, and stay current with emerging trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with medical affairs, regulatory, market access, and sales to ensure alignment on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activities. KOL Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers to build brand credibility and advocacy. Product Launches:

Lead and manage product launches from demand planning through to tactical execution and market penetration. Brand Communications: Develop and implement both digital and print campaigns to effectively communicate the brand message to healthcare professionals and patients. Budget Management: Oversee brand budgets and resources to maximise ROI. Education: Oversee the creation of educational content and programs for HCPs and patients. Sales Support: Provide training and tools to the sales team. Compliance: Adhere to all Medicines Australia Code of Conduct requirements. Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years in brand management within Australian pharma/biotech, ideally with dermatology and/or ophthalmology experience.

Proven success in product launches and lifecycle management. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Excellent communication skills—able to distil complex scientific information into clear, compelling messaging. Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and engaging with KOLs. Knowledge of regulatory and market access processes, and compliance with promotional standards.
