(After the 90-day probationary period)Health insuranceCompany matching simple IRA. 401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountKey ResponsibilitiesManage and grow our portfolio of existing clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Responsible for developing and maintaining an active pipeline of net-new qualified prospects of at least 2x net-new forecasted sales to meet annual quotas.Prospect and acquire new clients through a combination of cold calling, networking, and referrals.Maintain accurate sales records and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and check-ins.Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs related to existing client retention and expansion.Conduct with Sales Engineers in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' IT challenges and recommend tailored solutions.Responsible for the creation of proposals, quotes, contracts, service level agreements, scopes of work, and responses to RFP/RFI documents.Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.Collaborate with our technical team to ensure seamless scheduling, service delivery, and client satisfaction.Keep all relevant Sales data updated in the CRM.RequirementsProven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, with a focus on IT services.Strong understanding of Managed IT Services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and network management.Able to work independently, with a drive for results and a passion for technology.Driver's LicenseAdditional QualificationsThe ideal candidate is a results-driven and strategic sales professional with a deep understanding of IT services and how to leverage data and insights for business growth.This candidate is customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and understands what it means to be an important member of a team.They excel at building and nurturing relationships with teammates and clients while bringing a strategic and creative mindset to drive success in the IT services industry.
