Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:· Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.· Diagnose and resolve technical problems both remotely and on-site.· Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.· Administer user accounts, permissions, and security policies.· Expertise in VMware ESXi for virtualized environments and Veeam Backup & Replication for disaster recovery.· Maintain Active Directory, including domains, OUs, and user/group management.· Conduct system backups and ensure data recovery processes.· Collaborate with IT Team Lead and vendors for procurement and solutions.· Implement cybersecurity measures and stay updated on threats.· Document IT procedures, user guides, and best practices.· Install, configure, and maintain servers, hardware, and software.· Monitor network security and troubleshoot connectivity issues.· Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure up-to-date software.· Configure and support printers, scanners, and peripherals.REQUIREMENTS:Education and Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant IT certifications.Technical Skills:à Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks.à Proficiency in Windows, Windows Server, Linux, and Microsoft Office.à Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi & Veeam Backup & Replication.à Networking knowledge, including CISCO and Mikrotik.à Cybersecurity awareness and best practices.à Experience managing Active Directory structures.
