We are a premium quality, safety, and sustainability solutions provider.IntroductionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IAM Requirements Management Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.TasksDefine and automate roles and permissions, ensuring secure and efficient access control across our systemsDefine and document IAM roles and permissions based on business needs and compliance requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new IAM-related products and system changes.Foster and implement automation for role and permission managementEnsure alignment with security standardsSupport the IAM team in evaluating and implementing changes to IAM systems and processes.Maintain documentation of requirements and ensure traceability throughout the lifecycle.Participate in project planning and provide input on IAM impacts and considerations.QualificationsProven experience in requirements management, preferably within IAM or IT security domains.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with IAM concepts, tools, and best practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Languages: German (minimum level B2), EnglishAdvantagesStrong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and IAM principles,Experience with IAM tools such as One Identity Manager, Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or similar and automation frameworks.Knowledge of regulatory standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or similar.Zona de lucru: Digital, IT, IT Security & SafetyȚară/regiune: RomâniaLocația postului: BucharestModel de lucruâ: HibridTip contract: Full Time / RegularCompanie: TÜV SÜD Romania S.R.L.Cod Unitar OrgId solicitare: 1996
