The tools we provide help organizations detect and prevent cybersecurity attacks, safeguard their digital future, and provide protection and security from that point forward.Key Responsibilities:Support and Manage IAM Solutions: Assist in the configuration and administration of Sailpoint IAM, IBM SSO, Beyond Trust PAM, VMware MDM, and Safenet MFA solutions to support operational needs.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve escalated issues from L1 support teams, ensuring timely responses to minimize disruptions.System Updates: Participate in system updates and upgrades as required to maintain functionality and security.Request Analysis: Analyze incoming requests for potential risks, providing insights to guide decision-making.Change Management Participation: Support the change management process by documenting and executing system changes as directed.System Handover Assistance: Facilitate the handover of new systems and services, ensuring smooth transitions and knowledge transfer.Knowledge Transfer Support: Assist in providing knowledge transfer sessions to L1 teams, enhancing their ability to handle common issues.Access Control Input: Contribute to recommendations for implementing access controls that align with security policies.System Health Checks: Conduct regular health checks to monitor system availability and security status.Vulnerability Identification: Assist in identifying system vulnerabilities and support mitigation efforts.Feature Utilization Review: Help identify unused features within the system to enhance efficiency.Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and report on any issues that may require attention.System Maintenance: Participate in regular system clean-up activities to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.Disaster Recovery Support: Assist in disaster recovery drills to ensure readiness and effective response strategiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related discipline.Professional Certifications Preferred:Preferred industry-based certifications (CompTIA Security+, and vendor related certifications)Years of Experience:3 - 5 years in relevant experience.Skills:Basic understanding of access control systems, including IAM, SSO, PAM, MDM, and MFA.Knowledge of the identity lifecycle, focusing on user onboarding and offboarding.Some hands-on experience with IDM platforms and authentication technologies such as SAML, LDAP, and basic SSO implementations.Understanding of user provisioning and de-provisioning processes, with awareness of IDP-initiated workflows.Basic experience with IBM DB2 and LDAP for user data management.Awareness of information security policies and practices relevant to identity management.Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve common issues in identity management systems.Relevant technology-based certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
