With an innovative approach, UM6P places research and innovation at the heart of its educational project as a driving force of a business model.About Entity (Hiring Entity)This Chair conducts its research around major contemporary transitions: environmental, social, technological, cultural, and identity-related.To this end, and in line with its founding program, it has launched several research projects that are currently underway.Since its creation, the Chair has also initiated activities aimed at promoting and disseminating research.Description Of The PositionAnthropology / Sociology / Psychology / Philosophy of cultural and social transitions, analysis of discourses on climate change, health transitions, educational transitions, gender issues, resistance to transitions.Language skills: at least English-speaking; bilingualism is an asset.EducationPhD in AnthropologyPhD in SociologyPhD in Social PsychologyPhD in PhilosophyPhD in Transition Studies, Cultural Studies, Environmental Humanities, Social InnovationOr related fieldRequirementExcellent publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals.An original research project aligned with the host laboratory’s themes (e.g., social transitions, climate, health, gender, etc.).Experience in interdisciplinary research is often valued.University teaching experience is appreciated.Proficiency in qualitative and/or quantitative methods (interviews, discourse analysis, statistics, etc.).Strong skills in critical analysis and academic writing.Participation in international conferences and collaborative projects.
