Position Overview Details of the Division and Team:The Institutional Client Group (ICG) is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Banks. That’s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect: Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:Part of the Macro Sales desk, responsibility will be:Cover institutional clients including family offices, asset management companies and distributors for FX & Rates productsOriginate new clients for the bank and drive credit, KYC, documentation and approvals in line DB’s policies and frameworkIdentify opportunities, structure solutions and execute in close collaboration with trading, structuring, coverage focusing on CIOs, CFOs and asset managersFocus will be on products such as FX/Rates/Commodities vanilla and exotics products (both funded and unfunded) depending upon clients’ requirementsMeasured on revenue growth, increase in client penetration, share of wallet, cross selling and acquisition of significant deals and clientsYour skills and experience:To be successful in this role you will have:For D - Minimum 10 years of experience in macro (FX, Rates, Commodities) across funded (notes, bonds, repos, etc) and unfunded products (options, TRS, Bond Forwards, etc)For VP - Minimum 6 years of experience in macro (FX, Rates, Commodities) across funded (notes, bonds, repos, etc) and unfunded products (options, TRS, Bond Forwards, etc)Expertise and a global/regional network within coverage and product organization to offer truly integrated and effective solutionsOutstanding quantitative and analytical skills, including structuring and pricing expertiseSolid understanding of market landscape and regulatory regime across jurisdictions when it comes to dealing with aforementioned client segmentsExcellent communication skills with the ability to develop and enhance relationships with senior client contactsFluency in Mandarin will be preferred to liase with clients across the regionStrong sense of accountability and integrity with solid credit knowledgeDriven and result orientatedStrong team player“Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
