As a Trainer for this account, you will design and deliver training programs to equip customer service teams with the skills to deliver exceptional patient and provider support. Your expertise in healthcare compliance, call center operations, and adult learning will ensure agents meet performance and regulatory standards. Duties and Responsibilities: - Observe, lead, and co-lead new hire and on-going training. - Demonstrate skills using word processor and presentation software applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, Pages and Keynote. - Demonstrate effective classroom management skills- Facilitate transition of students from training into production, and ensuring competency levels are sufficient.
- Utilize effective presentation skills including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques. - Complete daily tracking, including end of day course evaluations and trainee assessments- Complete monthly required phone time. - Participate in Train the Trainer sessions. - Maintain Confidentiality at all times. - Accept feedback and guidance for improvement from Training Manager. - Other tasks/duties as assign. Position Requirements3+ years as a trainer in a healthcare BPO/call center. Expertise in HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards ( A plus). Strong facilitation skills with data-driven approach to adult learning. Ability to work [shift hours, e. g. , evenings for nesting support.
