Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and passionate Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our dedicated Housekeeping Team at the Ibis Wellington. In this role you will work within guest rooms, ensuring each room is kept clean, tidy and immaculately presented at all times.

We are seeking people who go that extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience. This is a part time role working across a 7 day roster, waged at $25. 42 per hour.

What You Will Be DoingClean assigned guest rooms and public areas to a high standardReplenish room supplies and amenities as per room typeRespect guest privacy and handle belongings with careReport lost property and maintenance issues promptlyFollow correct procedures for laundry, equipment use, and chemical safetyMaintain cleanliness of equipment and assist with stocktakeEnsure key and room security at all timesSupport the team with other tasks as required by your Supervisor or ManagementQualificationsHousekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel preferred)Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standardsFriendly, customer-focused, and committed to great serviceProactive and positive in team and guest interactionsThe ability and flexibility to work across a 7 day roster – Including weekends and public holidaysYou will have NZ residency or be holding a permanent NZ work visa.
