Job DescriptionCarry out preventive maintenance and repairs of all type of A/C & Refrigeration workRecord and analyze operating logs and utilities.

Take immediate measures as necessary during emergencies in repair worksResponsible to work closely with HVAC Technician when need arisesCarry out improvement, maintenance and repair work on all building services and A/C & Refrigeration equipment’s according to the standards and requirementsPerform daily start-up, shutdown and inspection of building services and equipment as per the standards and requirementsMaintain tools and equipment, and perform engineering housekeeping workUpdate daily maintenance log, complete the work order forms & keep the workplace clean and tidy Attend to complaints from hotels guests and other departmentsConsistently offer professional, engaging and friendly serviceQualificationsExperience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or comparable organizationStrong interpersonal skills.
