Job DetailsWe are looking for an experienced IBM BPM to design, develop, and implement complex business process solutions using IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing workflow, development of process workflow, automations, integration with enterprise system; deployment of solution to different environment (DEV/TEST/PROD) & supporting same to business.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, deploy & support business process applications using IBM BPM (Standard/Advanced).Create BPDs, Human Services, Coaches, Decision Services, and Integration Services as per business requirements.Integrate IBM BPM with external systems via REST, SOAP, JMS, JDBC, or API calls (ex. Apigee, AIS etc.).Work with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of BPM solutions.Manage BPM deployment, snapshot migration, and version control using IBM Process Center and Process Server.Collaborate with DB, middleware, and application teams to ensure smooth end-to-end integration.Provide L2/L3 production support, monitor process instances, and resolve runtime issues.Environment Maintenance & stability in productionMaintain best practices for coding, security, and documentation in BPM applications Technical skills: IBM BPM - 8.5.X.Java / JavaScript / SQL / REST / SOAP.Coach Views and UI Frameworks (HTML5, CSS, Dojo, Angular/React preferred).Integration Services, UCA, and Event Handling.Process Designer / Process Admin Console / Process Inspector.Experience in DB2 / Oracle / Postgres databases.Familiar with APIGEE, WebSphere, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience:Experience 5-8 Years.What We Offer at Arab BankAt Arab Bank, we offer a purpose-driven and inclusive environment where innovation, continuous learning, and employee wellbeing are at the core.
