Your Role And ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Junior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Automation team in Bucharest, within the Media, Marketing Automation and Performance Intelligence function. In this role, you’ll be trained to become a Marketo subject matter expert, gaining a solid foundation in areas like email editing, audience segmentation, response routing, and nurture programs that support revenue generation. You will work in a data-driven environment that encourages continuous learning and adaptation to emerging marketing technologies.

Your responsibilities will focus on building, executing, and optimizing inbound and outbound campaigns in Marketo, with guidance and support from experienced team members. Your Primary Responsibilities Will IncludeIndependently building and executing end-to-end inbound and outbound marketing campaigns in Marketo, with a continuous optimization mindsetProactively suggesting improvements for campaign design and performanceUnderstanding how Marketing Automation fits within the broader marketing strategyConducting A/B testing to refine and enhance campaign outcomesDelivering operational reports and identifying optimization opportunitiesEnsuring data management and governance best practices are appliedManaging email deliverability and related best practicesCollaborating to define, track, and deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs)Demonstrating a foundational understanding of databases, reporting tools, and troubleshooting methods aligned to stakeholder needsRepresenting the Marketing Automation discipline in broader transformation projects and key marketing initiativesExecuting within Marketo across all Core and Hub-related requirementsSupporting other Adobe tools relevant to marketing transformation (e.

g. , Workfront, AEP, AJO, Target, Adobe Analytics)Occasionally, the role may require working in the afternoon or evening to align with U. S. time zones, as planned in advance with the manager. We offer a dynamic blend of personal flexibility and a thriving in-office environment. This role requires three days of in-office presence per week, with two days for remote work. Preferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseNo prior experience with Marketo is required — we provide full training and support. However, any exposure to digital marketing is considered a plus.
