We are currently looking for skilled and dedicated ICA (Intensive Care Assistant) for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in neonatal or critical care support and be passionate about working with newborn patients under the supervision of doctors and nurses.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist doctors and nurses in providing intensive care to newborns in the NICU.Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to medical staff promptly.Maintain cleanliness and infection control within the NICU environment.Support in the preparation and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment.Help in feeding, bathing, and basic nursing care for neonates as instructed.Ensure proper handling and transportation of newborn patients.Maintain patient records and assist in documentation as required.Follow all NICU protocols, safety standards, and hospital policies strictly.Coordinate effectively with medical and support teams for continuous patient care.Stay alert and calm during emergencies and assist in life-saving procedures when required.Educational RequirementsDiploma in NursingParamedical Science / Medical Technology preferred.ICA training or certification from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.Skills Required: ICU/ NICU NursingExperience Requirements2 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital,Diagnostic Centre,ChamberAdditional RequirementsMust be caring, attentive, and able to work under pressure.Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.Willing to work in rotational shifts (day/night).
